3. Accounts

To access certain features (posting questions, answers, or confessions; participating in community discussions), you must register for an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.
• You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their permission, impersonate any person or entity, or maintain more than one account for abusive or deceptive purposes.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

4. Anonymous Confessions and Community Content

The Platform allows submission of anonymous confessions and community posts. While we may not display your username alongside anonymous submissions, we may still retain technical and account information associated with such submissions internally, as described in our Privacy Policy, for moderation, safety, and legal compliance purposes. Anonymity is a display feature, not a guarantee that content cannot be traced back to an account where required by law or necessary to protect the safety of our community.

5. User-Generated Content and License Grant

“User Content” means any questions, answers, comments, confessions, posts, or other material you submit to the Platform.

• You retain ownership of the User Content you create.
• By submitting User Content, you grant Flirty Fingers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Service.
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• We do not endorse and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any User Content.
• We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, moderate, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion, including content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

6. Community Guidelines and Prohibited Conduct

By using the Service, you agree not to:

7. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content, all content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, the Flirty Fingers name and branding, software, and design — is owned by or licensed to Flirty Fingers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLIRTY FINGERS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including in relation to gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.

11. Indemnification

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us at the email below. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law, or that we believe harms other users, third parties, or the Platform. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, and 14) will survive.

13. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as a banner on the Site or an email). 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Subject to applicable law, the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flirty Fingers regarding the Service.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
